Since Brandon Nursery School is committed to a lower staff-to-child ratio, we are required to cover program costs because our class fees are lower having less children in a class. We believe that having a lower staff-to child ratio increases the quality of the learning experiences for your child and enables the teachers to build a special relationship with each child. We also use the fundraising money to further enhance the Nursery School program. We use this money to pay for additional art supplies, learning materials, special events, photo developing etc. Parents participation in fundraising is optional, you may also make a one time donation at any time to the Nursery School as an option. There are usually 3 or 4 fundraisers held during the school year. Your children benefit so much from your support, THANK YOU!
You may be thinking...”Why so many fundraisers?!”
Nursery school registration costs are determined by the government. This non-profit program relies on class fees and fundraising to operate. To assist with operating costs, fundraising goals must be set each year. These funds go directly towards providing our children with the best learning experience and environment. This also enables smaller class size, which means our children receive more one-on-one time with our outstanding Early Childhood Educators!
If you prefer not to participate in fundraising activities, please consider sitting on the volunteer Board of Directors or making a tax deductible monetary donation.
